Return Policy

We offer a 5-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be reported within this period.

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged or defective
• Wrong product was shipped
• Product significantly differs from the description

Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse.

To initiate a return:

• Provide your order number and reason for return
• Share photos/videos of the damaged or wrong product
• Our team will review and approve the return request within 24-48 hours
• Once approved, we will arrange for pickup at no cost to you

Return shipping is free. We bear the cost of return shipping for all approved returns. Our delivery team or courier partner will pick up the item from your address.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days after receipt
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method
• For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer
• You will receive confirmation once the refund is initiated

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, please mention this when contacting our support team. Replacements are subject to product availability.

Returned items should be:

• In original packaging (if available)
• With all accessories and components included
• With invoice/receipt

Certain items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective. These include customized products and items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
