We currently deliver across India. Delivery availability and timelines vary based on your location.

2. Delivery Types

We offer three types of delivery based on your location:

Delivered within 30 minutes

  • Available within 7 km radius of our store
  • Operating hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST
  • Maximum order weight: 20 kg
  • Delivered by our in-house delivery team

🚀 Express Delivery

Delivered within 24 hours

  • Available within 30 km radius of our store
  • For orders placed outside instant delivery hours
  • For heavier orders (above 20 kg)
  • Delivered by our in-house delivery team

📦 Standard Delivery

Delivered within 5-6 business days

  • Available across India
  • Delivered by Delhivery and other courier partners
  • Tracking information provided via SMS/Email
  • Maximum delivery time: 6 days

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on most orders across India.

Exceptions: Shipping charges may apply for:

  • Remote or hard-to-reach locations
  • Very heavy or bulky items
  • Special handling requirements

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

4. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 hours during business hours. You will receive order confirmation via Whatsapp.

5. Tracking Your Order

For Standard Delivery orders, you will receive tracking information once your order is shipped. You can track your order through:

  • The tracking link sent via Whatsapp
  • Your order history in the app
  • Courier partner's website

6. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make up to 2-3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and a refund will be processed after deducting applicable shipping charges.

7. Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Recipient unavailable after multiple attempts
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Restricted or non-serviceable areas
